Visit the Fazenda da Chácara Hotel and stroll through the more than six hectares of vineyards planted. Meet our grape plantation that gives rise to jellies, sweets, juices and of course: wines.
Here we produce different and special types of grapes, with Tempranillo, an ink grape originating in the northern region of Spain. Our grapes give flavor and life to red wines: Shiraz, Cabernet Franc and Tempranillo; and also to the white wine Sauvignon Blanc.
The grapes are taken to Caldas / MG, where they go through the process of vinification of the grapes, and when they return they are labeled with the name of “Dos Montes”.
