It all started seven years ago when the owner dazzled by the milk supply chain and decided to go through these fields. With technical training in the area, the owner had the dream of creating a productive system in which the balance between man, animal and nature were constant.
Today, the entire production process is a source of great pride for those involved and great satisfaction for customers. Much of the milk produced on the farm is marketed to the French company Lactalis, the world’s largest dairy group. The other part is destined to the manufacture of sweets, biscuits and traditional delicacies. All these delicacies are prepared with great affection by the team of cooks of the Hotel: Tia Ana, Cleyde and Michele. The guest can try during meals and if you feel like taking home, they will be available for sale in the hotel’s market.
